This gentle, internal bath using warm water can help to
eliminate stoered faecal matter, gas, mucus and toxic
substances from the colon. This process of keeping the
bowel healthy has been practiced since 1500 BC.
One in three people consulting a GP have a bowel problem, and
disorders such as IBS, colitis, Chrohn's disease,
diverticulitis have become widespread in the UK.

influences, poor food, certain drugs, smoking and exposure to
toxic substances.

cleasning the colon. Some of ways these can be
experienced are clearer skin, more energy, mental clarity and
fewer headaches.

You will be asked to lie back on a
treatment table. Most clothing is kept on or a gown used to
ensure modesty.
During the hydrotherapy water will be gently introduced into
the colon, whilst special massage is used to stimulate release
of stored matter. Waste is passed into a drain line
preventing the release of odours. The process may be repeated
several times.
Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. A
series of 1-3 sessions is usually recommended for initial
treatment. At the end of the session you may feel
energised with an increased sense of wellbeing.
