Directions coming from Lancaster.

  From Lancaster M6 junction 32,take the first turning off roundabout A6 ( Fulwood ) through 2 sets of traffic lights, at the next set of lights ( shell garage and Royal Bank of Scotland on right hand side ) turn right this is Lytham road, over mini roundabout, under small railway bridge, when you come to 'T' junction turn left this is Woodplumpton road go over canal bridge you will see traffic lights (do not go through these), park in one of the side streets on the left hand side, then walk towards the traffic lights you will see row of business premises on left hand side, nature's Energies is above Barry Gibsons Hairdressers.

Directions from Blackpool.

   From Blackpool if taking M55 come off at junction 1(take 4th turning off to Fulwood).

                            Or come along A583 Blackpool road pass Lytham turn off, pass the Leagate Motel (left hand side). Just after this the road divides you need to be in the right hand lane which will keep you on the A583 through two sets of traffic lights then at the next set of lights ( Lane ends public house and Boots chemist on left hand side) turn left, we are above Barry Gibsons Hairdressers on the right hand side, you may park in one of the streets on the left hand side.

Directions From Blackburn/Burnley/Manchester.

      Come off M6 junction 31, follow signs to Preston, at top of hill there is a mini roundabout take the 2nd turning off you are on Blackpool road (A5085) go along this road passing, Deepdale retail park, Preston north end footballground and a large park on the left hand side, through traffic lights over a railway bridge, through another set of traffic lights then at the next traffic lights turn right into woodplumpton road(boots chemists and lane ends public house on right hand side), park in one of the streets on the right hand side, Nature's Energies is above Barry Gibsons Hairdressers opposite the public house by the traffic lights.
